Basic Rules & Guidelines

• Events are divided into 2 section (Middle & Senior)
• Middle Section is from Class VI to VIII and Senior section is from class IX to XII.
• All registrations have to be done online on shine.rotarycosmo.org webpage. Entries can ONLY be done by designated school Co-Ordinator/Teacher only.
• Entries received directly from school shall only be entertained. No entries will be taken on spot at the venue on event day.
• Last date of registration is 25th August 2026
• All media/songs/tracks/presentations have to uploaded on the "Upload Media" section on the registration website link given above
• There will be 3 categories of prizes 1st, 2nd & 3rd for each event in respective sections.
• Participants must report at the venue 30min prior schedule start time of competition.
• Student participating in multiple events must check the time table of events in order to avoid time clash between their respective events.
• Students must attend the event in their school uniform (Except Dance Participants)
• Organizing committee will decide the course of action in case of any dispute and committee/jury decision will be final decision.
• "School of the School" award will be decided on the basis of maximum event participation, student discipline at venue and maximum winners from the school
• Use of Electronic/Mobile/Tabs not allowed and anyone found using will be disqualified
